Welcome to the official website and booking platform of Chef Keith Harlan (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking a consultation, or engaging our private chef services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Chef Keith Harlan offers private chef services, event catering, culinary consulting, and related experiences, including seasonal offers such as the Christmas Fondue Feast. All consultations, menus, and experiences are subject to availability and location.
2. Booking & Consultation
All consultations must be scheduled through our official booking system.
Consultations are complimentary and designed to discuss your event details, preferences, and menu ideas.
Booking confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you do not receive one within 15 minutes, please contact us.
Chef Keith reserves the right to reschedule consultations if necessary, with notice provided as soon as possible.
3. Event Reservations & Payment
After your consultation, a proposal and invoice will be provided for your event.
Event dates are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the terms outlined in your invoice.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, electronic transfer, or other approved methods.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Consultation calls are complimentary; if you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
For paid events, cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative fees).
Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable, as ingredients, scheduling, and preparation costs are incurred in advance.
If Chef Keith must cancel due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event information, including location, timing, and dietary restrictions.
Access to kitchen facilities or event space must be safe and functional.
Chef Keith is not liable for damages caused by unsafe conditions, negligence, or unreported food allergies.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While every effort is made to ensure food safety and quality, by engaging our services, you agree that Chef Keith Harlan and associated staff are not responsible for any allergic reactions, illness, or injury resulting from food consumption or venue conditions.
7. Use of Marketing Materials
By booking a service or consultation, you consent to the use of event photos or testimonials for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through this website or booking process (such as your name, email, and event details) will only be used to provide services and communications relevant to your inquiry or booking.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
